Shipping and Delivery Information

Order Fulfilment 

  • Our T-shirts are printed to order with a current dispatch time of 2-3 working days. Standard delivery is another 2-3 working days from the day of dispatch.
  • Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed on Monday
  • We ship to the exact address given by the customer
  • Our company is not responsible for any wrong info or address provided by the customer or any lost/ stolen item
  • Each customer should carefully enter the name with the correct shipping address to avoid delays or confusion
  • If the package returns to us due to wrong address, you should provide the shipping fee again
  • Once the product is shipped, the customer will get the tracking number via mail to allow tracking of the route. Kindly track the item till received
  • If there is any reason for delayed shipment, our representatives will certainly inform the customers
  • If a Next Day Delivery order is placed on Friday this would be delivered on Monday.
  • Orders placed on Bank Holidays (or Bank Holiday weekends) will be processed on the first normal working day and delivered the day after. 



 Package Safety and Liability

All the shipped orders have become responsibility of USPS. In the rare case when the package is lost, you can contact USPS for resolving the problems you might face. If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included on your orders page as well as on the shipping email we send you.


Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order when it is in packed or shipped status, as long as the cancel option is available on App/Website/M-site. This includes the items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.


Modification of shipping address

You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by updating it under 'change address' option which is available under ‘My order’ section of App/Website/M-site.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates vary depending on the weight of the order, the number of packages needed to fulfil the order, and the delivery location. To get an accurate price quote for shipping, please add the items you want to your cart and proceed to check out, then select your shipping destination country from the checkout's drop-down menu.


Taxes and Duties

Custom authorities signify that we state the value of the order directly on the package. All the applicable customs, fees, taxes, import duties and any other charges are the responsibility of customers. 


Currency Conversions

You can choose the local currency through the currency selector at the top of the website; all the items are priced and charged in US dollars at checkout. The bank that has provided the credit card will determine the exact exchange rate that you have to pay but it should match with the current rate. We Custom PDX is not responsible for any price differences determined by the bank.


Alerts on order when it gets printed and shipped

You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us once your order leaves the third-party fulfilment center. That email will include a list of everything that has shipped, as well as a link to tracking information. If your order is coming from more than one fulfiller, for example, if you ordered both shirts and a few pillows, you'll receive more than one shipping confirmation from us!
